Administrative assistant manages the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing administrative support. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner

DNC Hydraulics are seeking full-time skilled CNC machinists for our Haas machines, who possess an excellent work ethic and outstanding CNC operating and setting competence. The candidate should have a strong CNC turning / milling machining background producing high volume tight tolerance parts and have the ability to run independently with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operate & set tools for HAAS CNC Lathe.
  • Read blueprints and measuring tools to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished part
  • Measure and draw parts to be manufactured
  • Trouble shoot tooling issues to ensure efficient operation and high quality.
  • Performs basic math calculations, including but not limited to, addition and subtraction of decimals
  • Inspect work using standard and automated inspection equipment to required frequency
  • Interprets basic dimensions on a blue print in metric
  • Follows documented operator procedures such as inspection check sheets and SOP’s
  • Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
  • Executes machine offsets and tool changes
  • Able to work with cutting oils and warm temperatures
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience as CNC setter / operator on CNC machines
  • Ability to read and follow documents, operating procedure and drawings using the metric system
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
  • Be dependable and show up on time with an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adaptability

DNC Hydraulics is looking for a full-time forklift driver who possess an excellent work ethic. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Proven forklift operator experience
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Hydraulic Cylinder Technicians are responsible for disassembly, evaluation, and final assembly of hydraulic cylinders, accumulators and swivels. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders, accumulators and swivels
  • Measuring components using micrometers, calipers, etc. to confirm they are within tolerance
  • Inspecting components for wear and damage
  • Identifying seal types and measuring seal grooves
  • Pressure testing hydraulic components (cylinders, accumulators, and swivels)
  • Maintaining a clean work area
  • Maintaining tools and other equipment provided for the position 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow documents, operating procedure and drawings using the metric system
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
  • Be dependable and show up on time with an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Experience:

  • Mechanical background automotive, maintenance, or farm equipment (Preferred)

DNC Hydraulics is looking for a Hydraulics Pump Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for learning how machines and other equipment work. This individual must demonstrate knowledge in mathematics and motivated to stay informed on changes in the industry. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Inspects all parts for conformance to specifications
  • Prepares written documentation of work to be performed including but not limited to, bill of materials, stock in report, purchase requisition and computer documentation sheet
  • Assembles pumps, motors, valves, and subassemblies using required parts and test to specifications of original manufacture
  • Mounts, couples or connects components to test stand correctly

Qualifications:

  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Attention to detail
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 40 lbs consistently with heavier weight necessary at times
  • Exposure to elements such as odor, hydraulic fluids, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals
  • Other PPE equipment as required

Experience:

  • Preferred – Experience with Hydraulic components, a plus

DNC Hydraulics is seeking a full-time Logistics Assistant for the Scheduling and Safety Department.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Team lead for 4 employees 
  • Inventory management
  • Paints finished cylinders or pumps
  • Proven experience as forklift operator
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and follow documents and operating procedures
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
  • Be dependable and show up on time with an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Mobile service technicians are responsible for installations of balers and compactors, troubleshooting and diagnosing machines and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Installation, maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems
  • Read blueprints and diagrams while troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to avoid operational failures of hydraulic systems
  • Welding, metal fabrication and electrical assembly
  • Provide drawing review and suggestions related to part inspection and testing
  • Use computers and other technologies to investigate and repair hydraulic equipment
  • Reassemble machines and equipment
  • Read dials and meters to determine amperage, voltage, electrical output and input at specific operating temperature to analyze parts performance
  • Operate drill press, grinders, engine lathe, or other machines to modify parts tested or to fabricate experimental parts for testing
