We rechrome rods weekly, but rechroming does take anywhere from 2-6 business days depending on if the rod needs ground down or welded up and turned down.
We can, as long as everything for the job to be completed is here. It helps to schedule a quick rebuild at least a week out if you know you are going to be in need of a quick reseal. Even if a Cylinder needs a rod manufactured we stock standard and metric sizes up to 120mm and 6.00” and most all common honed barrel sizes.

Yes we do, but in some situations we cannot test the unit and you will be notified. We do outsource the testing for hydrostatic units, and pressure compensated pumps and motors.
No, we do not because the quality of the rod is compromised, but we will make one in house.
No, we stock what we need in house but we are not a supplier.
No, but we can get almost any make of cylinder in 1 day. We also have a limited quantity of heavy equipment cylinders in house for exchange.
Yes we have a large warehouse of seals that we keep for emergency situations, everything else is 1 day out.
Yes, we have a very large area we cover for customers and on any given day we will probably have a driver or sales representative in your area to shorten the turn-around time from pickup to repair and delivery.
