We know that it can be very frustrating when equipment breaks down, but we are here to help with that. Here at DNC Hydraulics we have three fully loaded trucks that can aid in any problems that you might face whether it be agricultural, construction, transportation, recycling equipment, and more. Our techs are ready to diagnose, repair, and test any hydraulic equipment that you have.

We work hard to keep compactor and balers up and running whether it be card board, trash, or anything else our team is ready to work on them. We are equipped to do the maintenance, any repairs, and even installations! Our guys are trained and able to work on all makes and models of compactors and balers. All mobile service repairs are expedited to ensure our customers are up and running like they should be.

 Hydraulic equipment inspection/ PM:

• Check pressures
• Check and clean filters
• Check oil levels and quality
• Check hoses, fittings, and connections
• Tighten gland nut in the cylinder
• Inspect rod for nicks, dents, and abrasions

Structural/ operational inspection:

• Check machine structural components/ anchors
• Grease lubrication points
• Clean outside of the power unit

 Hydraulic fluid services:

• Remove old hydraulic fluid
• Clean fluid reservoir
• Replace hydraulic filters
