Transitioning to a completely new field after decades in one profession, she embraced the challenge with determination and has flourished in DNC’s supportive environment. Known for her collaborative approach to problem-solving, Carol excels at engaging with team members to find the best solutions. She deeply values the family-like culture at DNC, where teamwork and mutual support drive success.
