Cody has been part of the hydraulic repair business for as long as he can remember, having grown up around DNC Hydraulics. He spent his summers learning to disassemble hydraulic components, diagnose failure modes, and rebuild them to meet customer needs, while also refining his sales skills. After graduating from the University of Toledo with a dual major in Organizational Growth and Development and Small and Family Business Entrepreneurship, Cody returned to DNC full-time in 2008 and has since contributed to the company’s growth and success. His proudest moments come when the team comes together to solve challenges and exceed customer expectations. Cody believes in the power of collaboration, utilizing everyone’s strengths to achieve success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife and four kids, hunting, and supporting his children in youth sports. What he loves most about DNC Hydraulics is the incredible team he gets to work with, and he is passionate about helping people learn, grow, and succeed.
