Cory has been with DNC Hydraulics for 9.5 years, bringing a background in the automotive field and a reputation for exceptional organization. Known as the most organized person on the team, Cory takes pride in keeping everything clean and neat. One of his proudest accomplishments at DNC is the success of the Seal Division, which consistently meets its yearly goals. As a leader, Cory strives to treat others the way he would like to be treated, empowering his team by giving them the autonomy to succeed while taking a hands-off approach. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their nearly 4-year-old daughter, as well as preparing for the arrival of a second child. Cory also participates in demolition derbies during the summer. He values the family-like atmosphere at DNC and enjoys the opportunity to continuously learn and take on new roles within the company.
