Dakota has been a dedicated member of the DNC Hydraulics team for four years, progressing from a small cylinder technician to project manager. With no prior mechanical experience, he quickly adapted, taking on roles across various departments and even spearheading the creation of the quality control department. Dakota’s straightforward approach to problem-solving—identify, plan, and execute—combined with his hands-on leadership style, has earned him the respect of his colleagues. He takes pride in DNC’s family-like culture and values being part of a team that overcomes challenges together. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, outdoor activities, and connecting with good people.
