Ronald has been with DNC Hydraulics for 1 year and 5 months, bringing over 35 years of experience in quality, continuous improvement, auditing, problem-solving, and analysis. Most of his career was spent at Cooper Tire and Rubber, with additional experience in the automotive field at GKN Driveline and Magna/Vehtek. At DNC, Ronald is proud of his work standardizing processes and setting metrics for the Engineering Department, as well as generating a Corrective Action Report for a quality issue involving a cylinder on an Excavator. He achieved this by creating a cross-functional team and applying the Practical Problem-Solving process. Ronald’s leadership style is built on active listening, clear communication, honesty, patience, and positivity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether landscaping, gardening, mowing the yard, fishing, or golfing—and cherishes moments spent with his grandkids. Ronald values the family-like atmosphere at DNC, where everyone is known by name, and he appreciates the company’s core values, including the unique addition of a Bible verse.
