Tessa has been with DNC Hydraulics for 3 years, bringing a diverse background with over 7 years of experience in various office positions. She holds a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University and has worked as an accounting assistant, customer service manager, executive administrator, insurance claims auditor, and ERP implementation lead. One of Tessa’s proudest accomplishments at DNC has been leading the ERP system implementation, as well as managing the service office to improve efficiency and profitability. She takes pride in her approachable, people-centered leadership style, always striving to make everyone feel heard and valued. Outside of work, Tessa enjoys cooking and baking, finding joy in the connections food creates with others. She values the close-knit environment at DNC, where she knows each employee personally and can see the positive impact of her work on the company and its people.
