She has quickly proven her versatility by taking on administrative duties across various departments as needed, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to supporting the team. Her problem-solving approach is straightforward—work through challenges and find practical solutions. Kayla-Lyn enjoys the opportunity to learn new skills and appreciates the collaborative environment at DNC, where she can grow alongside her teammates. Outside of work, she is passionate about powerlifting and softball, which are her top personal hobbies.
