Scott has been a valued member of the DNC Hydraulics team for 6.5 years, starting as a small cylinder technician and working his way up to a managerial role. With over 30 years of mechanical experience, Scott has honed his skills in everything from engine rebuilds to working on balers, compactors, and presses. One of his proudest accomplishments at DNC was overseeing a six-week press project where he managed the removal of cylinders and pumps and ensured the job was completed ahead of schedule. He has also traveled to numerous states for baler installations and relines, showcasing his dedication to quality and efficiency. Scott’s approach to problem-solving emphasizes fairness and collaboration, always striving for solutions that leave everyone satisfied. He values the family-like culture at DNC, where teamwork and mutual support are at the core of success. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife of 18 years and their three children, boating, camping, and working on anything with an engine. A proud Michigan Wolverines fan, Scott thrives in DNC’s supportive and growth-focused environment.
